EPCOS / TDK HVC50 High-Voltage Gas-Filled Contactors
EPCOS / TDK HVC50 High-Voltage Gas-Filled Contactors are constructed with a robust design to meet high-voltage DC switching requirements in harsh environments. The HVC50 series offers a maximum cut-off of 1000A (DC) at 1500V (DC) and continuous operation up to 750A (DC) at 1500V (DC). These bidirectional DC contactors feature a dual coil, a coil termination with a TVS diode, and an auxiliary contact that is a mirror contact. EPCOS / TDK HVC50 High-Voltage Gas-Filled Contactors are RoHS compatible and operate in a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The HVC50 series is ideal for a wide range of applications, such as traction battery systems, energy storage systems (ESS), and megawatt charging systems (MCS).
