TDK M704/M705 NTC Thermistors
TDK M704/M705 NTC Thermistors are robust and easy-to-mount devices for demanding industrial applications. These thermistors are engineered for reliable temperature measurement in high-voltage environments. The NTC thermistors offer voltage ratings of up to 4000VAC for the M704 and 2500VAC for the M705. These thermistors feature an R25 of 10kΩ, a B25/100 value of 3988K (±1%), and a resistance tolerance of ±2%. The M704 offers a compact plastic case, 3.5mm lead spacing, and supports automated PCB integration and fast assembly. The M705 provides a low thermal time constant of approximately 6.2s on a metal plate, enabling fast thermal response. Typical applications include UPS and PSU systems in data centers, charging stations, photovoltaic inverters, and power electronics.
