Tektronix High Voltage Differential Probes
Tektronix High-Voltage Differential Probes allow users to safely and accurately make floating measurements. They are used for measuring the voltage difference between two test points where neither test point is at ground. These probes can be used for signals up to 6000V and bandwidths up to 200MHz. The devices have several options for connectivity, including a BNC interface (P5200A probes), TekVPI® interface (TMDP and THDP series probes), and a TekProbe® interface (P5202A, P5205A, and P5210A series probes). Tektronix High-Voltage Differential Probes are ideal for making non-ground referenced, floating, or isolated measurements because of their common-mode rejection capability. Other applications include switching power supply design, motor drive design, electronic ballast design, CRT display design, power converter design and service, as well as power device evaluation.Features
