Texas Instruments TPSM843620EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPSM843620EVM Evaluation Module is designed to evaluate the TPSM843620 synchronous buck power module, which provides up to a 6A output and is rated for 4V to 18V. High-side and low-side MOSFETs are integrated into the TPSM843620, along with the gate-drive circuitry, inductor, and basic passives. The low drain-to-source on-resistance of the MOSFET enables the TPSM843620 to accomplish high efficiencies and keep the junction temperature low at the rated output current.
The TI TPSM843620EVM Evaluation Module SYNC/FSEL and MODE pins offer selectable switching frequency, soft-start time, current limit, and internal compensation.
