Vishay Semiconductors SE45124/SE50124 SMD High Voltage Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors SE45124/SE50124 Surface-Mount (SMD) High Voltage Rectifiers feature excellent heat dissipation and high surge current capability. These devices feature a peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1200V and have a 45A (SE45124) or 50A (SE50124) average forward current (IF(AV)) rating. Vishay Semiconductors SE45124/SE50124 SMD High Voltage Rectifiers are used as flywheel diodes for high-power motors in EV/HEV, in single- or three-phase bridge rectification circuits, and as high-voltage block diodes.
