Mouser Delivers ADLINK Technology’s New Express-HL, a High Performance COM Express Module

January 30, 2014 – Mouser Electronics, Inc. today announced its offering of the new Express-HL COM Express® Type 6 Modules from ADLINK Technology, featuring the latest 64-bit 4th Generation Intel Core™ i7/i5/i3 which includes a CPU, memory controller, and graphics processor on the same chip.

The ADLINK Technology Express-HL available from Mouser Electronics uses the popular Computer‑on‑Module (COM) form factor, providing a high integration PC in a small footprint. COM Express is the most popular format at only 125mm x 95mm.

The Express-HL is a COM Express Type 6 module. Type 6 modules offer access to all onboard I/O by a double 440‑pin connector. The ADLINK Express-HL features high resolution video output with three independent HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort or SDVO displays via three DDI ports. Bus expansion interfaces for seven PCIe x1 and one PCIe x16 (Gen3) for graphics are available. Other interfaces include four SATA III (6Gb/s), Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0, and four USB 3.0 interfaces.

The Express-HL is specifically designed for developers who need high-level processing and graphics performance in a long product life solution.  Also available are two Starter Kits, each featuring the Express-HL-i7-4700EQ module with either 4GB or 8GB of memory, reference carrier board and active heat sink solution.
