The Molex Micro-Fit+ PCIe 5.0 connectors fully comply with the latest PCIe CEM 5.0/6.0 specifications and safely support devices requiring ampere interrupting capacities (AIC) of up to 675W. The PCIe connectors support 9.5 amps per pin across twelve energized power pins and four sideband signal pins, Their durable design, which features fully isolated cavities to protect the terminals from damage, is bolstered by high-performance materials such as high-current copper alloy, liquid crystal polymer, tin plating and phosphorous bronze.
With the fifth generation PCIe delivering data transfer rates of up to 32 Gigatransfers per second (GT/s), approximately double that of the previous generation, Micro-Fit+ PCIe 5.0 connectors operate with a low-level 5 mΩ power terminal and 20 mΩ signal terminal contact resistance. Positive locking and low thumb hatch operation ensure secure mating and retention for reliable performance and safety. In addition, the connectors offer the modularity required for flexible system implementation and adaptation.
