Nexperia PDZ-GW Zener Diodes feature ≤40W non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation and ≤365W total power dissipation in a SOD123 package. This small plastic package is suitable for surface-mounted designs, and the 2.675mm x 1.6mm x 1.15mm dimensions are ideal for space-constrained applications, including in the automotive market. These general-purpose Zener diodes offer a wide 2.4V to 36V working voltage range and a low reverse current IR range. Nexperia PDZ-GW Zener Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and have an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a maximum junction temperature of +150°C.
