Nisshinbo Automotive DC/DC Converters can achieve low supply current with high efficiency. These converters are processed and miniaturized by CMOS analog technology and elaborate design skills. Most converters have an operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. These devices offer overcurrent protection (foldback, latch, or reset), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown (TSD).
Nisshinbo Automotive DC/DC Converters are AEC-Q100 qualified, making them ideal for automotive applications.
Two quality classes are offered for automotive products: for general equipment like body systems and for automotive accessories. Nisshinbo also offers solutions for various problems peculiar to automotive fields with their Traceability System and Product Longevity Program (PLP).
