Nisshinbo R1524N-EV Boards for R1524N

Nisshinbo R1524N-EV Boards for R1524N evaluate the R1524N ultra-low supply current voltage regulator. The R1524N features a 200mA output current and 36V input voltage. The device has an output short-circuit protection circuit, an over-current protection circuit, and a thermal shutdown circuit. These are in addition to the basic regulator circuits. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +105°C, and the maximum input voltage is 36V. These features allow the R1524N to become an ideal power source for electric home appliances. The output voltages are internally fixed at either of the following: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.4V, 5.0V, 5.5V, 6.0V, 6.4V, 8.0V, 8.5V, or 9.0V. The output voltage accuracy is ±0.6%.

  • Built-in thermal shutdown circuit with a +160°C typical thermal shutdown temperature
  • Ceramic capacitors are recommended to be used with this device: COUT = 0.1μF or more
  • SOT-23-5 package
