Nisshinbo R3160 Voltage Detectors

Nisshinbo R3160 Voltage Detectors are 60V input detectors with high detector threshold accuracy and low supply currents. The series provides direct monitoring of 24V/48V batteries and detection of low voltage battery state. These voltage detectors feature a 4.3% typical hysteresis threshold, 18ms typical release delay time, and N-channel open drain output type. The R3160N series is designed for automotive applications with a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, and the R3160N-Y series is for industrial applications with a -50°C to +125°C temperature range. Nisshinbo R3160 Voltage Detectors are available in a small SOT-23-6 package. Typical applications include voltage supervisor for high-voltage batteries, resetting microcomputers and logic circuits, car audio equipment, electronic throttle control (ETC) systems, and electric windows.
