SITCore IoT System-on-Modules

GHI Electronics SITCore IoT System-on-Modules (SoMs) with built-in crystals, networking interfaces, and memories secure modern IoT products that can be built using power and few connections. These SoMs achieve ultimate security with an entire system running on internal memories. The SITCore SoMs are based on the SC20260B chipset with added external memories. These SoMs operate at a frequency of 480MHz and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
