0603 Low Profile Surface Mount LEDs

Dialight 0603 Low Profile Surface Mount LEDs are available in red, red-orange, orange, yellow, yellow-green, green, and blue colors. These LEDs feature a 0.250mA/°C derating curve, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range, 20mA forward current, 60mA peak forward current, and 217°C reference temperature. The 0603 surface mount LEDs also feature 10µA reverse current at V_R=5V, 140° typical viewing angle, 450°C/W thermal resistance, and 150°C to 200°C pre-heating temperature range. The retention time for T_L of these LEDs ranges from the 60s to 150s, and the time for peak temperature is within 10s. These LEDs are ideally used in backlighting switches, medical equipment, and handheld devices.
