Molex Mini-Fit® Connectors

Molex Mini-Fit® Family offers design flexibility for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board and board-to-board configurations in high current, high density applications. Features of the Molex Mini-Fit Family include fully isolated contacts, positive housing locks, low engagement forces, and polarized headers. The Mini-Fit connectors are available in single-row or dual-row with 2- to 24-circuits and multiple plating options. Designed with a rated voltage of 600V, the Molex Mini-Fit connectors are ideally suited for power applications in the security, computer, and medical industries.

Mini-Fit Connector Family

Molex Mini-Fit Jr. and Mini-Fit Plus Power Connectors deliver up to 9A and 13A, respectively. Blind-mating and terminal-position assurance (TPA) options provide a versatile connector system for a wide range of applications. Typical applications for these Molex connectors include telecommunications / networking, industrial, home appliances, medical, and automotive.

Fit Family Connectors

Molex Fit Dual-Row Connectors provide a scalable power connectivity platform for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and board-to-board applications. Spanning Nano-Fit™, Micro-Fit™, Ultra-Fit™, Mini-Fit™, and Mega-Fit™ connector systems, these Molex series address a range of design challenges, from space-constrained devices to power-intensive equipment. Built-in features such as polarization, color coding, and keying help improve assembly efficiency and reduce the risk of mis-mating, while an optimized balance of connector size, current capacity, and reliability enables consistent performance across diverse applications.

Mini-Fit Blind Mate Interface (BMI) Connectors

Molex Mini-Fit Blind Mate Interface (BMI) connectors support up to 13.0A for high-current and high-density applications. The connectors allow misalignment and provide a "float" of up to 2.54mm between mating surfaces for easy blind-mate connections. BMI connectors utilize both the Mini-Fit Jr. and Mini-Fit Plus terminals to support up to 9.0A or 13.0A. Many options are available, including through-hole, press-fit, or SMC headers and tin or gold terminals.
