Nisshinbo R1525x LDO Voltage Regulators

Nisshinbo R1525x LDO Voltage Regulators are high-noise immunity voltage regulators featuring 200mA output current and up to 42V input voltage for automotive applications. The low-dropout regulators operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and provide short-circuit protection to 80mA typical, overcurrent protection to 350mA typical, and thermal shutdown at +160°C typical. Nisshinbo R1525x LDO Voltage Regulators are suitable for power sources for accessories such as car audio, car navigation systems, and electronic throttle control (ETC) systems. The series is also ideal for power sources in electronic control units (ECUs) such as EV inverters and battery charge control units.

Features

  • High noise immunity
