Nisshinbo R1560 Voltage Regulators are CMOS-based, ultra-low-power voltage regulators designed for automotive and industrial applications. The R1560 series offers 5.5V to 60V input voltage, ±0.8% output voltage accuracy, 100mA output current, short current limit circuit, and overcurrent protection. These regulators are available in HSOP-6J and TO-252-5-P2 packages, which dissipate heat and save space.
