Nisshinbo R1561 Voltage Regulators

Nisshinbo R1561 Voltage Regulators are CMOS-based, low-power consumption voltage regulators designed for automotive applications. The series features a 5.5V to 60V input voltage range, ±0.8% output voltage accuracy, short current limit circuit, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. Nisshinbo R1561 Voltage Regulators are available in HSOP-6J and TO-252-5-P2 packages, which save space and have excellent heat dissipation properties. Typical applications include electric vehicle (EV) inverters, charge control units, 48V battery systems, and battery management systems (BMS).
